Ucheonye Maple is the owner of Aghaeze-Maple Enterprises, LLC, a leadership and personal development training company. She has held various leadership roles within Fortune 500 companies in engineering, from systems engineering to program management. After retiring at 44, she became a full-time entrepreneur helping high-performing professionals build their own businesses to gain financial security, financial independence, and overall well-being.

Ucheonye Maple actively volunteers with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) to provide mentoring and coaching sessions to women in college. Some of these activities include being a leader on the SWE Leadership Coaching Committee, where she coaches women at the collegiate level on how to govern their organization, keeps members involved, and support their local communities with events that will provide more information about different STEM fields. She is also a coach with the Loyola Leadership Essentials Program at Loyola University.

She is a co-author of Resilient: A Key to Being Brilliant.

She is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. She earned her MBA in Technology Management at the University of Phoenix, and her MS in Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
